This policy explains what information ipplaytv ("we", "us") collects when you visit our site or order a subscription, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've kept it in plain English on purpose.

We only ask for what we need to set up and support your service:

• Contact details you give us — your name (or nickname), email address, and WhatsApp number, so we can send your login and help you.
• Order details — the plan you chose and the device you're using, so we can configure the right line for you.
• Basic technical data — such as your IP address and general device type, used to deliver the stream and keep the service secure.

We do not ask for or store sensitive information, and we don't need your home address to provide a digital service.

3. Payment information

When you pay, your card or account details go directly to the payment provider that processes the transaction. We never see or store your full card number. We only receive a confirmation that the payment succeeded and the plan it relates to.

4. How we use your information

• To activate your subscription and send you your login details.
• To provide support and troubleshoot issues with your setup.
• To let you know when your plan is close to expiring.
• To keep the service running securely and prevent abuse or fraud.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell your data — ever. We only share the minimum necessary with the trusted services that make ipplaytv work, such as our payment processor and the messaging platform we use to reach you (WhatsApp). Our website uses a small number of cookies to remember your preferences and understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it. These don't identify you personally. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work.

We keep your contact and order details only for as long as your subscription is active, plus a short period afterwards for support and accounting. When it's no longer needed, we delete it. You can ask us to remove your details sooner (see your rights below).
